Summary

A special preparation coffee from the Sironko District of Eastern Uganda, produced by The Coffee Gardens team. Cultivated by around 200 small-holder farmers at 1800-2200 masl. Varieties include SL14, SL28 and Nyasaland. Processed using an experimental Cherry Pulp Co-Ferment method where the cherry skin removed during de-pulping is added back into the fermentation tank for 23 hours before washing and drying. Cup profile offers a silky mouthfeel with flavours of golden syrup, pomegranate and red grapes.
