A washed coffee from Uganda produced by small-holder farmers in the Bukyabo area, Sironko District, processed at The Coffee Gardens central washing station. Grown at 1800-2200 masl, this lot features SL14, SL28 and Nyasaland varieties. The signature washed process involves de-pulping, 40-hour water fermentation, and drying on African beds. Cup profile notes creamy body, brown sugar and pear. Suitable for filter brewing methods including V60, Aeropress, Clever Dripper and cafetière.
