The Gesha variety is grown at altitudes over 1,900 masl in the Volcán Baru National Park, benefiting from a unique microclimate with cool temperatures and rich volcanic soils. The coffee undergoes carbonic maceration processing, with hand-picked cherries fermented for 36-48 hours, then washed and slow dried on raised beds for 15-20 days.
