Summary

Rwanda Kinini AA Microlot is a single origin coffee from Rwanda, grown at an altitude of 2000 masl and above. The coffee is produced by a cooperative of 633 farmers using the Kinini washing station. The variety is Bourbon and it undergoes a washed process with de-pulping using a four disc McKinnon pulper, 5-20 hour fermentation, and sun drying for approximately 15 days. It has a medium roast and presents smooth tasting notes of dark chocolate, fudge and lemon. It received an outstanding cupping score of 87.
