Summary

This single-origin coffee comes from the Illubabor Zone in Oromia state, southwestern Ethiopia. Grown by small-holder farmers at altitudes between 1,700-2,100 meters, the coffee undergoes a Washed Anaerobic Yeast processing method. It offers flavour notes of passion fruit, mango, berries, and tropical fruit with a smooth body. Roasted to a medium-light level, it is recommended for pour-over or cafetiere brewing.
