Ethiopia Sidamo Buncho
Summary
Ethiopian natural coffee from the Sidama region, grown around Shantawene in the Bensa district and processed at Buncho Station, which receives cherries from small-scale producers in nearby villages. Ripe cherries are sorted and dried whole on raised African beds for 14 to 16 days. Heirloom variety with a bright, light and easy-drinking profile: apricot syrup, papaya and yellow plums, with plenty of fruity sweetness and a sticky yet light texture.
