Indonesia Coffee & Strawberry is a limited-edition specialty coffee from the Toba region of Sumatra, Indonesia. Produced by the Bang Edi farming community, this 100% Arabica Catimor is grown at 1400 meters above sea level. The coffee undergoes an experimental anaerobic fermentation with natural strawberry enzymes, resulting in a distinctive cup with pronounced strawberry and spicy notes, a full body, and gentle sweetness. Roasted as an omni roast, it is suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
