A decaffeinated light roast specialty coffee from the Chiapas region of southern Mexico, produced by the La Tribu community of over 300 families including 65 female smallholder farmers. The coffee is decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process in Veracruz, preserving natural sweetness and smooth texture. Grown at 1650-1800m altitude. Varieties include Peñazco and Bourbon. Flavour profile features lemon tea, orange, cherry, almond, milk chocolate and caramel notes, offering a balanced and clean cup.
