Grown at 1,550 meters on volcanic soil, the hand-picked Arabica beans (SL28 and SL34 varieties) undergo washed processing with 14-hour fermentation and slow raised-bed drying. The cup profile offers blackcurrant, lime, apricot, and honey notes with a silky mouthfeel and long, clean finish.
