El Naranjal Világos Pörkölésű Szemes Kávé
Summary
Single-origin Nicaraguan coffee from Finca El Naranjal, a family farm in the Loma Fría community of Dipilto, grown at 1200 m by Martha Azucena Sánchez Medina. This lot comes from the farm's Parainema plot, a variety the parcel is named after; the farm also grows Catuai, Gesha, Maracaturra and Caturra. Fully shade-grown under banana trees and processed as a natural: ripe cherries are selected, floated, packed and taken to the processing station. Light roast with a chocolatey cup, ripe cherry acidity and a syrupy, sweet strawberry finish.
