House Blend
Summary
A light roast blend of Ethiopian and Brazilian specialty coffee beans, combining washed and natural processed lots for a balanced profile. The Ethiopian component comes from the Jimma region grown by smallholder farmer Mustefa Abakeno at 2040m altitude. Flavour notes include butter caramel, black tea, and berry acidity. Suitable for both filter and espresso preparation.
