Summary
Chelbesa is a light roast specialty coffee from Ethiopia, produced by Mustefa Abakeno in the Jimma region of western Ethiopia. Grown at an altitude of 2200 meters on an 18-hectare farm, this Heirloom variety coffee undergoes a washed processing method. It features flavour notes of raspberry, jasmine, lime, and apricot jam. The recommended brewing method is V60 filter coffee, using 20g of coffee with 300g of water at 87°C.
