The coffee is sourced from approximately 600 smallholder farmers who deliver to the Riripa community washing station, established in 2019. Grown at 1900-2100 meters elevation using local heirloom varieties, the cherries are hand-sorted and dried on raised beds for 4-6 weeks with frequent turning to ensure even drying. The coffee offers flavour notes of strawberry, blueberry, and cantaloupe. Suitable for filter brewing.
