Riripa
Summary
Riripa is a natural processed coffee from the Guji region (Nensebo district) of Ethiopia. The coffee is sourced from approximately 600 smallholder farmers who deliver to the Riripa community washing station, established in 2019. Grown at 1900-2100 meters elevation using local heirloom varieties, the cherries are hand-sorted and dried on raised beds for 4-6 weeks with frequent turning to ensure even drying. The coffee offers flavour notes of strawberry, blueberry, and cantaloupe. Suitable for filter brewing.
