Summary
Raro is a single-origin Ethiopian coffee from the Guji, Uraga region, produced by a group of smallholder farmers associated with Negusse Debela's SNAP Specialty Coffee and the Raro washing station. Grown at 2100 meters above sea level, it consists of Arabica heirloom varieties processed using the dry (natural) method with spontaneous fermentation. The flavour profile features cantaloupe, strawberry, and bergamot, and it is roasted for an espresso preparation.
