Nensebo
Summary
This coffee comes from the Nensebo district in the West Arsi region (Guji) of Ethiopia, sourced from approximately 900 smallholder farmers, each cultivating less than 1 hectare. The coffee is processed at the Nensebo washing station, owned by Faysel Abdosh Yonis (Testi Coffee). It is a dry/natural processed coffee where cherries are hand-sorted, spread on raised beds in thin layers, turned every 2-3 hours for even drying, and dried for 4-6 weeks depending on weather conditions. Flavour notes include strawberry, apricot, and pineapple.
