Grown at 1350m altitude, this Red Catuaí variety undergoes semi-dry processing with spontaneous fermentation. The flavor profile features notes of pear, amaretto, and praline. Edimar Miranda is committed to biodynamic farming and founded a local agro-cultural high school. This coffee is recommended for espresso preparation.
