Mi'eessaa
Summary
Mi'eessaa is a natural processed coffee from Ethiopia's Guji region, specifically the Suke Quto area. Produced by Mi'eessaa Robe on an 8-hectare farm inherited from his parents, the coffee is grown at 2000-2350 meters elevation using indigenous heirloom varieties. The cherries are hand-sorted at Sookoo Coffee's washing station, dried on raised beds for 4-6 weeks with regular turning, then hulled and sorted. The coffee offers flavour notes of apricot, jasmine, and blueberry with a spontaneous fermentation process.
