Lord Voldemort is a Colombian coffee from producer Deiro Garcia in the Huila region, Palestina. Grown at 1850 meters altitude, this Arabica coffee of the Wush Wush variety undergoes a washed processing with anaerobic fermentation. Deiro Garcia, a former microbiology student and innovative producer, used coffee cherry juice from previous fermentations as a catalyst for the controlled anaerobic fermentation. The sensory profile features quince, lime, and ginger notes. Recommended for filter preparation.
