Summary

Las Perlitas is a Colombian coffee from the Huila region, grown at 1900-2300 meters altitude. It is a micro-region blend created by a Colombian partner, combining small lots from smallholder farmers near Santa Maria, Garzon, Pitalito and Palestina. The coffee is wet-processed with spontaneous fermentation. The current batch includes exotic varieties such as Pink Bourbon and Gesha. Flavour notes include orange, table grape and praline. Recommended for espresso preparation.
