Summary
Sergio and Walter Leonel Romero, third-generation coffee producers, own Finca La Lesquinada near Celaque National Park in the Copán region of Honduras at 1650 meters altitude. The farm is named after a local tree species. They grow Arabica Pacamara variety, which is selectively harvested and processed using the washed method with spontaneous fermentation. The cup profile features notes of orange, gooseberry, and malt. Recommended for filter brewing.
