La Claudina
Summary
La Claudina is a natural-processed coffee from the Saldarriaga family's plantation near Bolivar, Antioquia, Colombia, grown at 1380-1800 metres above sea level. Producer Juan Saldarriaga manages the family farms and cultivates varieties including Colombia, Castillo and Tabi. The farm harvests once a year from September to January, and natural-processed lots are meticulously sorted and dried at 25-30°C for about a month. The cup profile offers notes of sour cherry, red wine and cocoa nibs.
