Summary
Koke coffee comes from the village of Koke in the Yirgacheffe region, Gedeo zone, Ethiopia. Produced by smallholder farmers, the coffee is made from local heirloom Arabica varieties grown at 2000-2200 meters above sea level. The processing is semi-dry (honey method) with spontaneous fermentation, dried on raised beds for 10-14 days. The flavor profile includes notes of peach, lemon balm, and acacia honey. Recommended for filter brewing.
