Guariroba coffee from Brazil, produced by Homero Paiva, Elisa Paiva and Gabriel Lamounier at Fazenda Guariroba in the Campo das Vertentes region of Minas Gerais. Grown at 1100m altitude, Yellow Catuai variety, processed using dry method with spontaneous fermentation. The farm has received Cup of Excellence recognition and focuses on specialty coffee and sustainability. Flavour notes include raisin, dark chocolate and praline. Intended for espresso brewing.
