Summary
Fincamigos is an experimental coffee from Colombia, grown on a research plantation in the Antioquian Andes near Jardín at 1830 meters above sea level. The plantation researches the cultivation of rare Arabica varieties using sustainable, environmentally conscious practices. This coffee is a blend of three exotic varieties: Tabi, Gesha, and Sudan Rume. It was wet processed: selectively hand-picked, machine pulped, fermented for 48 hours, washed, and dried on covered beds for 8 days. The flavour profile features notes of mandarin, grape, and nectarine. Roasted for filter brewing.
