El Mirador

Summary

El Mirador is a washed Colombian coffee from producer Edinson Noriega in the Huila region, Tarqui area, grown at 1800 meters altitude. The farm, named El Mirador, is located in the village of Los Alpes. Edinson inherited the farm 25 years ago from his father and has been growing and processing coffee with his wife Yolima Trujillo for 20 years. They are members of the Coocentral cooperative in Huila and have participated in training programs to achieve the highest quality standards. The coffee is processed using washed method with spontaneous fermentation. Flavour notes include orange, coconut water, and sugarcane.
