Gito

Summary

Gito is a single origin coffee from Rwanda, produced by farmers delivering cherry to the Kilimbi washing station in the Nyamasheke region, sourced through Raw Material. The beans are small (gito means tiny in Kinyarwanda) and traditionally would not be exported, but they were isolated, sorted by density and cupped, proving their quality so producers can get a better price. Processed using the washed method. Flavour notes include plum, baked apple, and brown sugar.
