Oromo — Single-serve Drip Bag
Summary
A single-serve drip bag of Oromo, the light roast of Café Tiko's Ethiopian green coffee Yirgacheffe SP 010. The cherry comes from around 1,200 growers delivering to the Idido washing station in the villages around Yirgacheffe (Idido, Aricha, Worka, Chelbesa, Halabariti) between November and January. This lot is the Malebo Project: hand-selected Grade 1 seed, hand-sorted through an eighteen-day drying and rested four weeks before milling at 11.2% moisture. Heirloom Ethiopian varieties, washed, grown at 1,850–1,880 m. Light roasted, it gives jasmine, bergamot, white peach, honey and lemon tea. Each filter holds 11 g of ground coffee.
