El Tucán — Single-serve Drip Bag
Summary
A single-serve drip bag of El Tucán, the medium roast of Café Tiko's Costa Rican green coffee Brumas del Zurquí, from Heredia in the Central Valley. A microlot from a fourth-generation family mill run by Juan Ramón Alvarado Rodríguez, where neighbouring farms bring their cherry. Villa Sarchí variety, natural process, grown at 1400–1800 m. Tasting notes: chocolate, plum, blackberry, caramel and sour cherry. Each filter holds 11 g of ground coffee — just add hot water.
