Summary
Single-serve drip bag of Cartagena, the medium roast of Café Tiko's Colombian green coffee Gran Galope. Grown in Pitalito, Huila, between 1,400 and 2,000 metres, washed processed and built from the Castillo variety. Tasting notes of caramelised apple, dark chocolate, juicy pear, orange marmalade and brown sugar, with juicy acidity and a sugary sweetness. Each filter holds 11 g of ground coffee — one serving — brewed by hanging it on a mug and pouring hot water over it.
