Summary
A single-serve drip bag of Afar, the medium roast of Café Tiko's Ethiopian green coffee Yirgacheffe SP 010. The cherry comes from around 1,200 growers in the villages around Yirgacheffe — Idido, Aricha, Worka, Chelbesa, Halabariti — delivered to the Idido washing station through the November-to-January season. This lot is the Malebo Project: hand-selected Grade 1 seed, hand-sorted through eighteen days of drying, then rested four weeks before milling at 11.2% moisture. Washed process, grown at 1,850–1,880 m. Tasting notes: caramel, mild florals, balanced fruit, winey undertone, clean finish. Each filter holds 11 g of ground coffee.
