Cartagena
Summary
Cartagena is the medium roast of Café Tiko's Colombian green coffee Gran Galope, grown in Pitalito, Huila, between 1,400 and 2,000 metres. The lot is built from ten to thirty smallholder farms and consists of the Castillo variety, washed processed. Tasting notes are caramelised apple, dark chocolate, juicy pear, orange marmalade and brown sugar, with juicy acidity and a sugary sweetness. Recommended for filter, espresso, moka pot, Clever Dripper and French press.
