Guayacán — Single-serve Drip Bag
Summary
Guayacán is the light roast of Café Tiko's Guatemalan green coffee Waykan, a regional selection of smallholder microlots from Huehuetenango grown between 1,400 and 2,200 metres. Varieties are Bourbon, Catimor, Caturra, Maragogype and Pache, washed processed. Tasting notes: pecan, toffee, nougat, caramel and citrus — a classic Central American profile with praline and pecan sweetness that also works well with milk. Sold as a single-serve drip bag holding 11 g of ground coffee in its own filter.
