Encino — Single-serve Drip Bag
Summary
Encino is the medium roast of Café Tiko's Guatemalan green coffee Waykan, a regional selection of smallholder microlots from Huehuetenango grown between 1,400 and 2,200 metres. Varieties are Bourbon, Catimor, Caturra, Maragogype and Pache, washed processed. Tasting notes: toffee, nougat, pecan, caramel and brown sugar — a classic Central American profile that stays sweet with milk. This is a single-serve drip bag holding 11 g of ground coffee in its own filter; a mug and hot water are all that is needed.
