Single-origin coffee from El Salvador, produced by Carlos Pola at Finca Las Brisas. The H2 variety, a disease-resistant hybrid developed on the farm, is grown with an innovative, sustainable agricultural model combining science, tradition and ecology. Natural process using controlled fermentations and natural products to reduce water consumption. Roasted for espresso. Intense cup with fruity notes of grape and a rounded sweetness of chocolate and caramel.
