This single origin coffee from Indonesia's Sumatra region, Kerinci area, is produced by the Koerintji Barokah Bersama Coop. Grown at 1400-1700 metres above sea level, it features Andung Sari and Sigarar Utang varieties. The natural process involves sorting cherry before drying on raised beds in domes, with regular turning for even drying, followed by hand milling and sorting. Flavour notes include cantaloupe melon, peach iced tea, strawberry and toffee, described as tropical and refreshing.
