Grown at 1400-1700 MASL, this coffee is produced by the Koerintji Barokah Bersama Coop using Andung Sari and Sigarar Utang varieties. The anaerobic washed process involves floating and sorting cherry, pulping, then sealing in airtight drums for 72 hours of anaerobic fermentation before washing and drying on raised beds. Flavour notes include juicy apricot, bramble fruits and butterscotch, described as rich and creamy.
