Corazón de Jesus espresso from the Alvarado family farm in Chirripó (Brunca), Costa Rica. The farm covers about 16 hectares and is known for Cup of Excellence success, including first place in 2025. This lot is a peaberry selection from CoE award-winning coffees, processed with anaerobic natural fermentation. Roasted medium for espresso and moka pot. Flavour profile: tropical fruits, cherries and milk chocolate with a velvety body and bright, fruity acidity. SCA score 87. 100% Arabica.
