This coffee is a blend of two Brazilian Yellow Bourbon lots from the Cerrado region, Carmo de Minas. The first lot comes from Fazenda Barinas (producer Tiago Castro Alves) processed as Pulped Natural, offering deep chocolate character with hints of forest fruits and minimal acidity. The second lot comes from Fazenda Sertão (Pereira family) processed as Natural, bringing notes of caramel, cherries and delicate nuttiness. The coffee is light roasted with a flavor profile of chocolate, nuts, caramel and cherries, with low acidity. Grown at 1000-1450 meters above sea level. SCA score 83-85.
