Cloud Nine - Finca Buena Vista
Summary
Cloud Nine is a washed Geisha from Finca Buena Vista in Guatemala's Antigua Valley, a 90-hectare farm managed by Luis Pedro Zelaya Aguirre since 1995. The Geisha population was built through decades of selection from seeds shared by a neighbouring farm, improving uniformity while retaining floral elegance. Cherries are harvested at peak ripeness, depulped, fermented and washed, then dried on African beds for up to 16 days. Grown at 1,500–1,890 masl in volcanic soils. The cup shows peach, tangerine, chamomile tea and a long floral finish.
