Boo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster based in Anderlecht, Brussels. The team roasts carefully selected single-origin coffees for both filter and espresso, with an ethos that the coffee in your cup should be worth thinking about. Founded in 2024 by Benjamin and Benoit — who met working as baristas in a Brussels café — the roastery has quickly made a name for itself: Benjamin won the Belgian Roasting Championship in 2025 and then took the World Roasting Championship title in Brussels in June 2026, the first Belgian ever to do so. They source deliberately, not broadly, and release seasonal lots like Sunburn, a tropical, citrusy summer coffee. Beans ship across Belgium and Europe.
