Summary
A balanced blend of 50% Bolivia and 50% Indonesia, featuring sweet notes of chocolate and hazelnut with a smooth mouthfeel. The Bolivian component is produced by the Sajama Cooperative in Caranavi, La Paz, by 42 smallholder farmers, while the Indonesian component is a triple-picked, organically certified wet-hulled lot from the Gayo Highlands of Sumatra. Suitable for both filter and espresso.
