Summary
A single-origin coffee from Peru, produced by Marino Guevara Alejandria on his five-hectare farm in the El Huaco village, Huabal. The coffee is grown at altitudes between 1,600 and 1,900 meters above sea level, using organic practices (not certified). Varieties grown include Catuai, Bourbon, and Catimor. The coffee undergoes a Natural processing method, with cherries picked and processed on the same day, then sun-dried on tarpaulin mats for approximately ten days. The flavour profile features notes of yellow apples, raisins, grapes, and pears. Intended for an espresso roast profile.
