The coffee is grown at altitudes between 1,600 and 1,900 meters above sea level, using organic practices (not certified). Varieties grown include Catuai, Bourbon, and Catimor. The coffee undergoes a Natural processing method, with cherries picked and processed on the same day, then sun-dried on tarpaulin mats for approximately ten days.
