Shuar Shot is a washed process coffee from Waquitos, a cooperative of over 150 Shuar coffee producers in Ecuador. This single origin coffee is a City Roast (light side of medium) and offers flavour notes of Baker's chocolate, earthy, and bright acidity. It is suitable for espresso, coffee press, or pour over brewing methods. The coffee is Direct Trade, meaning farmers directly benefit from their work. It won a bronze medal in the milk based category at Golden Bean Americas 2025.
