Brewphoria is a washed process single origin coffee from El Cuarenteño, Nayarit, Mexico, produced by La Sociedad Productores de Café de el Cuarenteño. It features Bourbon, Caturra, Sarchimor, Catuai, and Typica varieties grown at 1045 meters above sea level. The coffee is roasted to a light-medium City Roast and offers flavor notes of semi-sweet chocolate, toasted sugar, raisin, and cherry with a smooth body and bright acidity. It is Organic and Direct Trade certified, and $5 from each bag is donated to Identity Euphoria to support safe spaces for queer individuals.
