Black Sheep is a Debrecen-based Hungarian roaster that leans into its name — 'that one black sheep in every good family' — with a bit of cheerful nonconformity. They freshly roast specialty single origins and blends, available as beans, ground or Nespresso-compatible capsules, and they've grown into a proper multi-venue operation with coffee houses in Debrecen, Gyula and Szeged (plus a retro ice-cream and pastry spot).
