Summary

A single-origin coffee from Tanzania produced by the Mbewe Collective, a group of 166 smallholder farmers of AMCOS. The coffee is fully washed, fermented for 24-36 hours, and slowly dried on raised beds. It is composed entirely of Bourbon and N39 varieties. The flavor profile is reminiscent of apple cobbler with notes of light brown sugar, golden raisin, bright grape, malic apple acidity, sweet grain, dried fig, and baking spice.
