Single-origin coffee from Pe de Cedro Estate in the Mantiqueira de Minas region of Brazil, owned by Edson Morais de Barros and produced with support from COCARIVE and the Brazil Specialty Coffee Association. Grown at 1000-1250 meters, it is a Red Bourbon variety, pulped natural processed with manual harvesting and same-day processing. Cupping score of 85. Flavour notes of dried apricot, hazelnut cream and cocoa, with low acidity, medium body and medium to high sweetness. Recommended for espresso.
