This natural processed coffee from the Los Papales farm in the Jinotega region of Nicaragua is made from the Yellow Pacamara variety. Grown at 1350-1500 masl, it offers a clean and sweet cup with notes of cherry, mango, raisin, and lemon balm. The farm, operated by the López family, has been cultivating coffee for over a century and is Rainforest Alliance certified. This lot has a medium malic-tartaric acidity and medium sweetness, with a juicy and vibrant character.
