Summary
A natural processed coffee from the Idido producer group in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Produced by Amarech Ararso at 2050 meters altitude. Made from Ethiopian Heirloom varieties. The coffee undergoes anaerobic fermentation in plastic barrels for seven days followed by 15-20 days of drying. Flavor notes include forest fruits, papaya, and dark chocolate with medium acidity. The Ama Project supports women farmers in the region.
