Grown between 1,372 and 1,635 metres above sea level in volcanic soils. Features the rare Java variety. Processed using the washed method: selectively hand-picked, depulped, fermented for 24-48 hours, washed with spring water and dried slowly on patios. Tasting notes include green grapes, lychee, and nougat with a golden syrup aroma, medium body and medium acidity.
